Oakfield Place, Clifton

The rear boundary wall of a period property in the heart of Clifton required repair and complete rebuild in places. This involved removing a large Buddleia bush that had grown within the wall, digging out its roots and then rebuilding the wall using the original stone and a cement based mortar.

Many stone walls in Bristol require repair and rebuild in places. Over the years they suffer from ivy infestation, invading tree growth and neglect.

We recommend that walls are repaired as soon as any damage is noticeable. Neglecting a damaged wall could result in serious injury if the wall becomes unstable and will only cost more to repair in the long term.

At Incastone we have years of experience repairing walls and strive to renew them back to their original splendour.

A beautiful stone wall acts as a great backdrop to planting and can stand as a garden feature in its own right. Repairing a boundary wall also improves security and adds value to a property.
